Patch parties · Oklahoma City

Nobody's on their phone.

Two hours, a table covered in patches, and everyone leaves wearing the thing they made. We bring all of it to you.

You bring the people. We bring everything else.

Tables, blanks, and a wall of patches, set up at your place. Two hours. Everyone leaves wearing what they made.

You bring the girls. We bring everything else.

Tables, blanks, and a wall of patches, set up at your place. Two hours. Everyone leaves wearing what they made.

$50 holds it, and it comes off the total.

You're the one who ends up planning it.

And cleaning up after it.

Not this time. We show up with the tables, the blanks and the patches, we set up, and we take it all away at the end. You pick the date and open the door.

Three things happen.

  1. 1

    We set up.

Thirty minutes before, we bring in the tables, the blanks and a wall of patches. Hats, totes, Bible covers, bags.

  2. 2

    Everyone builds.

Two hours. Your people pick a piece, lay their patches out however they want, and we press it right there.

  3. 3

    Everyone leaves wearing it.

No shipping, no "we'll get it to you next week." It goes home on their head.

The price is the price. Even at a party.

$150 covers the party and the first six pieces. A $50 deposit holds your date, and it comes off that total — so you're out $150, not $200.

$25
your piece + up to 3 patches
$35
your piece + 5 patches, or 3 patches and a chain
+$3 / +$5
extra patches, small and large

Anyone who wants more than the basics pays the difference for their own piece. Nobody has to. Six people making one thing each hits the $150 exactly.

Party pricing is lower than walk-in — $25 here is $35 in the shop.

Every guest leaves with a finished piece, or theirs is free.

If someone's idea doesn't work, we'll say so early and help them land on one that does. And if we still can't get them out the door wearing it, we don't charge for it.

From two people who did it.

"We hosted a bible patch & design party for our church youth group & Stephanie brought all the goods. She had so many great options, extremely helpful with the girls. She offered various pricing structures to make things affordable for the girls as well. She also played uber eats and grabbed our pizza for the party! Products are incredible but her customer service is out of this world!"

"We had a terrific event where our girls were able to create custom Bible covers!! Stephanie was so helpful! She even looked up dimensions for me to see if my planner would fit in one of the covers. Looking forward to future orders!"

A wall of patches, and someone who knows what she's doing.

Hats, totes, Bible covers, bags. Hundreds of patches — faith, fitness, country music, teams, books, and a fair number that exist purely to make people laugh. Chains if you want them.

We'll tell you honestly if a layout isn't going to sit right before it goes on, not after. That's the job.

Before you book.

  • Two hours, plus thirty minutes either side for setup and pack-down.
  • Up to 50 miles from Oklahoma City — travel's included, no fee.
  • Book at least 7 days out. Fourteen is better; it gives us time to get you what you actually want.
  • We take ten parties a month. Weekend dates go first.
  • $50 holds your date and comes off your total.
Pick your date

Ten a month, weekends first.

$50 holds it and comes off the total. You'll get a text from Stephanie the same week to sort out what your people are into, so the patch wall arrives packed for your room.

Opens the calendar. $50 holds your date.

Cancel seven days or more before your date and the $50 comes back. Inside seven days it doesn't, but it moves once to another date — by then we've turned that weekend down for someone else.

Questions.

How many people?

As many as you want. There's no minimum headcount — the $150 is a spend, not a headcount. Six pieces gets you there.

What if someone doesn't show?

The $150 stands, but nobody's counting heads. If four people make eight pieces, you're past it.

Do the guests pay you, or do I?

You. One card, one total, and you sort it out with your people however you like. It's simpler than eleven separate transactions at a kitchen table.

What if I need to move the date?

Cancel seven days or more out and your $50 comes back. Inside seven days it doesn't come back, but it moves once to another date — tell us and we'll find one. We've usually turned that weekend down for somebody else by then.

What if we're outside 50 miles?

Tell us anyway. We'll say yes or no honestly rather than let you plan around a maybe.

Not sure it's your thing?

That's fine. Send us a note and we'll tell you straight whether a party makes sense for what you're picturing.
