WHAT IS A COMMUNITY EVENT?
A community event or vendor market is Brim bringing our shop to your location for a day. The photograph above is the booth as it sets up: a cart of caps, a table of blanks and bins of patches, under a canopy at a venue. It is Brim's way of supporting our local community. What we bring depends on your needs and changes from market to market - let us know if you have special requests.

HOW BOOKING US WORKS
- Send the details. Date, location, vendor fee or application link, and booth requirements (size, power, load-in time).
- We fill out what you need. Application, W9, insurance certificate if required - whatever gets you to yes.
- Brim shows up and works. Full booth, on time, self-contained.

This page exists to simplify the booking process for event organizers. Every open date is bookable via the calendar on this page; if the date you need is booked - send us a message and we will try to accommodate your needs if possible.
What travels to any given market varies, so the page does not guess at what will be on the table. The list keeps itself honest one more way: a market drops off on the day it happens, so everything below is still ahead of you, not a record of where Brim has been.
