Leading Brim Collection, Stephanie Cleveland

Meet the Maker

the woman behind Brim Collection

Before Brim Collection, Stephanie spent fifteen years in corporate HR, matching people to where they truly belonged inside an organization. Turns out that's the same skill behind every patch hat and custom piece she makes today: helping people show up as exactly who they are.

She believes the thing that makes you laugh, the team you love, the faith you carry, those are worth wearing, out loud. And when you do, you give everyone around you permission to do the same.

Every piece is customized and personalized, made by hand, right here in OKC.

The Shop

Located in Yukon, Oklahoma

Your job gets made in our shop, on our machines, by us. Ask how it's going, and someone can walk over and look at it.

The shop sits in Yukon, Oklahoma, just inside the Oklahoma City metro. Brim is a service-area business: Yukon is where the machine lives, and the metro is who the work is for.

It also means we'll tell you when a design won't work. Very fine lines close up when they're stitched. Tiny text turns into a smudge. We'd rather have that conversation before the run than send you four dozen caps you're disappointed by.

Which of the three methods a job needs comes down to the piece, the size of the artwork, and how many you need, and that's worked through on the services page. If you'd rather see the outcome than the method, the pieces themselves are on the work page.

Brim Collection makes customized and personalized pieces in Oklahoma City: patch hats, covers, bags, jackets, team pieces, made by hand. The alternative to us is usually a website that has never seen your idea and never will. That's the whole difference.

Why I do this

I spent fifteen years in corporate HR, matching people to where they truly fit in an organization. When a friend was selling her custom hat business, I jumped - because this is the same thing, really: helping people show up as who they actually are.

For a long time I was the person I thought people expected me to be. I know now that's nonsense. Exactly who you are is exactly who you're supposed to be - and when you wear something that's genuinely you, your faith, your team, the music you love, something that makes people laugh, you give everyone around you permission to do the same.

That's my favorite part: a room of people who barely know each other, swapping stories over what they made. It gets you past surface-level.

Four things we will not do to you.

01

No mystery pricing

You get a number for your job once your final mock is approved, and it is the number. Not a teaser that grows once the artwork is looked at.

02

No silent production

You approve a proof before anything runs. If something changes, you hear it from us first.

03

No guessing on artwork

If your file will not stitch or print well, we say so and suggest the fix, rather than running it and hoping.

04

No starting over

Your digitized file stays on record. Next season's reorder is a message, not a fresh project.

What customers say

Two customers, in their own words, reproduced from what they wrote on Facebook exactly as they wrote it. Both were writing about events rather than a single piece.

"We hosted a bible patch & design party for our church youth group & Stephanie brought all the goods. She had so many great options, extremely helpful with the girls. She offered various pricing structures to make things affordable for the girls as well. She also played uber eats and grabbed our pizza for the party! Products are incredible but her customer service is out of this world!"

Brittany Allen · Facebook

"We had a terrific event where our girls were able to create custom Bible covers!! Stephanie was so helpful! She even looked up dimensions for me to see if my planner would fit in one of the covers. Looking forward to future orders!"
