One frame, and that is the honest count. A vendor market is Brim out of the shop for a day: a canopy on a venue lawn, a pink cart of caps, a checkered table of blanks and bins of patches. It is one canopy on one lawn, and what is under it changes from market to market, so read this as what a market looks like, not what will be on the table.
Setting up on the grass takes forty-five minutes before the gates open: unloading the rolling hat cart, hanging sample pieces across the frame, and plugging in the commercial heat press. The bins stay organized by theme (sports, outdoors, faith, western, and letters) so people can flip through quickly even when three people are crowded around the table at once.

The whole point of bringing the setup out to an event is customization in real time. A customer picks a trucker or corduroy blank from the cart, selects two or three patches, and places them exactly where they want. We align the layout, tape it down with heat tape, and clamp the press at three hundred degrees for fifteen seconds. The patch cools in thirty seconds and they walk away wearing it.
When market crowds build in the afternoon, we keep the line moving fast without cutting corners on pressure or dwell time. If a design needs minor adjustment to sit flat across a seam or bill, we catch it before heat meets fabric.
